Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (Germany)

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Domestic Standard: 2–5 business days → 5€

International Shipping

Countries we ship to:

Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Sweden, Greece, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Ireland, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Switzerland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, United Kingdom, Canada, United States, Australia.

  • Standard EU Shipping: 2–4 business days → €15

  • Standard International Shipping (non-EU): 4–6 business days → €25

Duties & Taxes

  • Orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT). These charges are your responsibility. Dem Cams is not responsible for these fees.

Order Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for tracking to become active.

If you have not received your order within 10 days of your shipping confirmation email, contact us at info@demcams.com with your name and order number.

Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.

Withdrawal Period

The withdrawal period is fourteen (14) days from the day you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, take possession of the goods.

Exercising Your Right

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Dem Cams, Zelgmadenstrasse 1, 70619 Stuttgart, Germany, Email: info@demcams.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

Timely Exercise

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication before the withdrawal period expires.

2. Refunds & Returns

EU Customers (Germany & EU Member States)

  • In accordance with EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • To exercise this right, contact us at info@demcams.com within 14 days.

  • Returns are only accepted if the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.

  • Return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will refund the full order amount excluding the original shipping costs.

Non-EU Customers (e.g., USA, Canada, etc.)

  • All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for non-EU customers, except in the case of a damaged or defective item.

  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us immediately at info@demcams.com with your order number and clear photos/videos of the item’s condition. We will review your case and work with you toward a satisfactory solution (replacement or refund).

Damaged or Defective Items (Worldwide)

  • If your product arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photo/video proof.

  • We will address these on a case-by-case basis to ensure a fair resolution.

3. Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days from the day we receive notification of your withdrawal.

We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless you expressly agree otherwise. No fees will be charged for this reimbursement.

4. Right to Withhold Reimbursement

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever occurs earlier.

5. Returning the Goods

You must return the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen (14) days has expired.

6. Diminished Value of Goods

You only have to pay for any diminished value of the goods if this results from handling them in a way that was not necessary to check the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
